What a scam!!!

I placed an order for some heated gloves back in December 2022, and they never showed up. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service countless times, but no luck at all… It’s been nearly three months, and I’m still empty-handed… Just steer clear of this!

This company is a total scam. I placed an order for two coats and a pair of gloves on December 12, 2022, and here we are on February 9, 2023, with nothing delivered. This was meant to be a gift for a friend, but it never showed up. Customer service offered me a 25% refund for the delay, but guess what? No refund has come through. It's been two months, and I've sent multiple messages with no response.

I forked out £129, and I'm still waiting for the return they promised. Just a heads up about this company. If I could give them a bunch of thumbs down, I would!

So, warning folks: steer clear of this company. They are definitely running a scam.

I placed an order for heated gloves six weeks ahead of Christmas for my father-in-law, thinking that would give enough time for delivery. Now it’s February 8th, and I’m still waiting. I've been reaching out to them constantly, but all I get is the runaround. At first, they apologized and promised a 15% refund, claiming the gloves were on their way. Two weeks later, I still haven’t seen either the refund or the product.

I've sent 14 emails requesting a full refund since the gloves are still MIA, and all I receive is a message telling me to hang tight because they’re supposedly on the way.

This is just not acceptable.

Just like another reviewer pointed out, my order was never completed. Folks, you should definitely keep your distance from this company.

Something's off...I still haven't gotten my order from you, and that's the problem. I shot you an email, but no response. Tried calling a number that doesn't even work. The address shows there are 32 other businesses, but NO best UKTECH in sight! £80 down the drain, and I ain't buying from you again.

Ordering was a breeze and super fast. The price was fantastic. It showed up quickly and was in excellent shape.

I'm really happy to be using this updated version of software I already know. The service was top-notch, and I also paid a price that felt just right. Seriously, what’s there to complain about?

I came across this software at a fair price. The buying and downloading process was seamless. This Dragon tool is way better than the free Windows version I've been struggling with for making Word docs - it’s spot on for accuracy and the commands for punctuation and all that.

Outstanding service once more. This marks my fourth order with UK Tech Store, and I can't recommend them enough!

What a letdown. This was the only place that showed this item as available. I placed my order and made the payment. The following day, I got an email saying, 'Sorry, it's actually out of stock.' The only good thing was how fast they refunded me.
